Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Somerset House boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
